گرایش اشتغال به کشاورزی جوانان روستایی شهرستان باغملک بر پایه‌ی نظریه توسعه یافته رفتار برنامه‌ریزی شده

چکیده

کشاورزی از جمله مهم‌ترین بخش‌های اقتصادی کشور است و نقش آن در توسعه و ثبات اقتصادی و سیاسی انکار ناشدنی است. هدف از این پژوهش بررسی گرایش جوانان روستایی شهرستان باغملک نسبت به اشتغال در بخش کشاورزی می‌باشد. برای دستیابی به هدف این پژوهش از نظریه توسعه یافته رفتار برنامه‌ریزی شده، به‌عنوان چارچوب پژوهش استفاده شد. پژوهش از نظر ماهیت کمی، از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش گردآوری داده‌ها میدانی بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش جوانان روستایی 15 تا 29 سال این شهرستان بوده که در مرحله اول با نمونه‌گیری تصادفی سه دهستان میداوود، منگشت و هپرو از توابع شهرستان باغملک انتخاب شدند. در مرحله دوم از میان این سه دهستان با جمعیت 900 نفر جوان روستایی، نمونه مورد نظر به حجم 270 نفر بر مبنای جدول مورگان انتخاب شد. بنابراین، روش نمونه‌گیری چند مرحله‌ای خوشه‌ای بوده است. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات، پرسش‌نامه‌ای بود که روایی شکلی آن توسط شش نفر از اعضای هیئت علمی گروه ترویج و آموزش کشاورزی دانشگاه علوم کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی خوزستان تایید شد. افزون بر این، برای تعیین میزان پایایی بخش‌های مختلف پرسش‌نامه، از پیش آزمون و محاسبه ضریب تتا ترتیبی استفاده شد که بین 73/0 و 91/0 بود. نتایج به دست آمده از مدل معادله‌های ساختاری تحلیل مسیر نشان داد، دو متغیر هویت خود و هنجار توصیفی نظریه توسعه یافته رفتار برنامه‌ریزی شده به‌صورت مستقیم و مثبت گرایش جوانان را برای اشتغال در بخش کشاورزی تحت تأثیر قرار داده اند. هم‌چنین نتایج گویای افزایش توان پیش بیینی کنندگی نظریه توسعه یافته رفتار برنامه‌ریزی شده نسبت به نظریه اصلی رفتار برنامه‌ریزی شده می‌باشد.

Agriculture is one of the most important economic sectors of the country and its role in economic and political development and stability is undeniable. The purpose of this study was investigating rural youth’ intention toward agriculture jobs in Baghmalek Township. To achieve the purpose of the present study, the developed theory of planned behavior was used as the research framework. Research method in terms of purpose and in terms of data collection, it is survey. The population of interest was rural youth between 15 to 29 years old three rural districts of Meidawood, Mongasht and Haparo in baghmalek township. In the second phase, out of these three districts with a population of about 900 young rural people, the sample was selected as 270 rural youth based on Morgan table. Thus, the method was multi-stage cluster sampling. Data gathering tool was a questionnaire whose face validity was confirmed by several experts. In addition, to determine the reliability of different sections of the questionnaire, Pre-test and ordinal theta coefficient were used (θ= 0.73- 0.91). The results of the structural equation modeling of path analysis showed, that both self-identity variables and descriptive norms of developed theory of planned behavior have directly and positively influenced youth's willingness to work in agriculture. The results also show an increase in the predictive power of the developed theory of planned behavior over the main theory of planned behavior
