عامل‌های موثر بر کاهش انگیزه و گرایش پسران روستایی بخش بهاران شهرستان گرگان به حرفه کشاورزی

چکیده

پژوهش با هدف شناسایی عامل‌های موثر بر کاهش گرایش پسران روستایی به حرفه کشاورزی در سال 1401 انجام شد. دیدمان تحقیق از نظر ماهیت موضوع، کمّی، نوع تحقیق علّی- ارتباطی و از نظر شیوه گردآوری داده‌ها، میدانی بود. جامعه آماری شامل همه‌ی پسران روستایی 15 تا 24 ساله ساکن در روستاهای بخش بهاران شهرستان گرگان به شمار 1588 تن بودند. با روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی چند مرحله‌ای و استفاده از جدول مورگان، 309 تن از آنان به عنوان نمونه تحقیق انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش پرسشنامه با پرسش‌هایی در مقیاس اسمی، ترتیبی، فاصله‌ای و نسبی بود که روایی شکلی آن با نظرخواهی از اعضای هیئت علمی ترویج و آموزش کشاورزی دانشگاه علوم کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی گرگان و کارشناسان ترویج سازمان جهاد کشاورزی استان گلستان و پایایی آن با محاسبه‌ی ضریب تتای ترتیبی سنجیده شد (83/0= θ). گرایش پسران روستایی به حرفه کشاورزی به ترتیب اهمیت در شش عامل: شغلی، طبیعی- پشتیبانی، اقتصادی، فرهنگی، حقوقی و فنی- اجتماعی قرار می‌گیرند و 46/52 درصد از واریانس کل متغیرهای تاًثیرگذار بر گرایش نداشتن پسران روستایی به حرفه-ی کشاورزی را تبیین می‌کنند. آزمون‌های من‌ویتنی و کروسکال‌والیس نشان دادند که تفاوت معنی‌داری بین دیدگاه پسران روستایی از نظر متغیرهای کاهش دهنده گرایش آنان نسبت به حرفه کشاورزی برحسب متغیرهای وضعیت تاهل، سن، شمار مراجعه به شهر در طول هفته و مساحت زمین تحت مالکیت خانواده وجود دارد. نتیجة تحلیل رگرسیون ترتیبی نشان داد متغیرهای تحصیلات پسران و تحصیلات پدر، نقش منفی و متغیرهای سن و شمار روزهای اشتغال به کار کشاورزی در طول سال، نقش مثبت در کاهش انگیزه و گرایش پسران روستایی به شغل کشاورزی داشته‌‌اند.

this study was conducted in 2022 to identify the factors affecting the decline of inclination of rural boys towards agricultural profession. The research approach was quantitative nature, an causal-correlational type, and a field data collection method. The statistical population consisted of all rural boys aged 15 to 24 living in the villages of Baharan district in Gorgan County, with a total of 1588 individuals. A multistage random sampling method was used, and the sample size was determined using Morgan's table, with a total of 309 individuals selected for the study. The research instrument was a questionnaire with nominal, ordinal, interval, and relative scale questions. The face validity of the questionnaire was assessed through the opinions of the faculty members of the Agricultural Education and Extension Department at the Gorgan University of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources, as well as the experts in extension from the Agricultural Jihad Organization of Golestan Province. Its reliability was measured using the ordinal Theta coefficient (θ = 0.83). According to the order of importance, the factors affecting the rural boys' tendency towards the agricultural profession were identified as follows: vocational, natural-supportive, economic, cultural, legal, and technical-social factors. These factors explained 52.46% of the total variance in the variables affecting the rural boys' lack of inclination towards the agricultural profession.
